How to activate termination reasons.

I recently upgraded to COM/OS 3.5.1b17 on my PM2ER30s. Before the upgrade
I had getting the reason for each termination recorded in my radius log
files, but it has now stopped. I haven't been able to find the
instructions for setting this up. Can someone send me a pointer or let me
know the command I need to run on the PM's to restart this.
