I have a customer with a Zoom, having the identical problem. I tried
this string and there was absolutely no change (no connection, just a
steady tone, almost like a dial tone, but much quieter). I finally
used at&f+ms=11,0,9600,28800 to set K56 off, and got a connection
reported at 38400!
