Zoom 56K upgrade <--> Lucent DSP's

Anybody else having problems here? I've upgraded the zoom to this flash

When I dial into the PM3, everything sounds normal except, at the very end
of the call, I get a dead tone, almost like a dial-tone. I've played with
compression and what-not, but can't seem to get a single connection.
Anyone else here have a similiar setup?
