Lost-Carrier is normal. MANY client stacks simply hang up when done,
and don't ask for a disconnect. That is a Lost-Carrier. ANYTHING that
causes the connection to be dropped because carrier just vanishes looks
the same to us, so it is reported as Lost-Carrier.
