How does AOL do it? We have all heard the story, you know the one that
goes like: Well I never had any trouble connecting to AOL. I know if you
look at one of their disks, it has a blue gazillion init strings in it...
How can we accomplish this as PM3 owners and operators? We need something
that is easily done on the customer's end, that is basically transparent
to them...
