USR and PM3 with Lucent cards

Got PM3 with the lucent card. Cant seem to get a users 28.8 Sporster
external to connect. He has it set as a 28.8 Sportster external and I have
tried the follwing Init String at&f2&h1&r2s27=32s32=16S33=32

He can connect at 9600 with this but no further. Any Ideas?
