I have just upgraded to ComOs3.5 and have started monitoring
Acct-Terminate-Cause in the RADIUS detail file and have found that
roughly 25% of terminations are due to lost carrier.
We have had the phone company (PacBell) come out and check all our
dialin lines and except for a dead line near the end of our rollover
pool they said everything was fine.
Can anyone give me some hints as to what to look for as a possible
cause of these lost-carrier problems.
What can cause these lost carriers? Line problems? Is there some
other cause that the Portmaster interprets as a lost carrier?
