Do this:
set deb isdn
set deb isdn-d on
set con
Look at the messages. Send is from the PM3 to telco, Recv is from telco to
pm3. No messages means you're not talking to the switch at all (T's are down).
If you do a sh ses, and see NO SERVICE, yet you see the lines as up, the
telco needs to put the D channel in service. Talk to the SSC (switching
group) and not the carrier group.
