If you're having the same problems with ComOS 3.7 withOUT the new cards,
then the problem isn't with Lucent. Lucent only handles the firmware for
the new modems. All other code is done by Livingston.
Also, if you're having the same problems without the new cards, then the
problem isn't in the modem code, but somewhere else in the ComOS itself.
