We have an Acsend LS50 that behaves *exactly* the same way on a Frame
Relay/Annex--D. Anytime there is lightening in close proximity, the line
just drops out. Nynex has stress tessed the connection and the local telco
has done the same. (not that that really means anything). I had a call
into Ascend, but the telephone tag game was too much and I gave up...
Interesting problem.
