Fiction.

Livingston has implemented Frame Relay as well as any other
vendor. IMO, perhaps better than most. The only problem I am aware of
is a conflict when using LMI to pass DLCI info between a livingston
router and a cisco router. I am told that this is/was a two ended
bug. Livingston said they fixed their end. For the sake of stability
(and since the frame networks I run don't change very often) I
configured static mapping. It appears that the problem may be fixed
however, looking at one of my cisco routers here.. (Its been awhile..)

You might check with your CSU manufacturer though.. I know certain
models don't like dirty lines and, when they receive a burst of errors
inbound, have a tendancy to throw themselves into loopback.
