Resetting Modems

As part of my local remedy for that pesky Win95 DUN problem of the user not
being able to negotiate a compatible set of protocols, I occasionally
reset, via PM Console or a telnet session, all modems that are not
currently in use. (This actually fixes the problem a good percentage of
the time) The only way I know how to do this is manually--one at a time.

1) Does anyone know a better way to reset all idle ports?

2) Would it be unreasonable to have a command added to a future version of
ComOS that would reset all idle ports?
