I would say your modem is *NOT* K56flex then, and they are selling modems
under fraudulent conditions. Same as Hayes, I went around in serveral
circles with them this morning.

Upgraded 10 28.8 Optimas to 56k Accuras and about 2 months ago I received
the Accuras. Well, since I only upgraded my PM3's this week, they sat in
a closet collecting dust until last night when their v1.0 beta code was
made avalible.

That is when I find that my Accuras are not flashable as stated on the
box. A call to their support dept reveals I need to wait 24-48 hours for
someone else to call me back and resolve this problem. In the mean time,
I'll be contacting my credit card company and disputing the charge for the
upgrade modems, as any modem with less than v1.0 code is *NOT* K56flex as
stated on their packaging, and if they expect me to return these at my
exspence, well I'll just have to start at the Atty. General's office and
let that office know about the fraud going on in the state of Georgia and
Alabama.
