I have a Portmaster 2ER with an ISDN board with two ISDN lines. A couple of
times a month the lines either go out of service or shows temporary failure
due to telco not responding. When the phone company tests the lines they
say they are not getting any errors but when the lines are connected back
to my box they do get errors. My telco is Citizen Communications. Any
suggests or ways I can convince the telco to take a closer look on their end?
