The justification (for us) is that we need to recoup the 15k we just spent
for a PM3 and PRI. Its a helluva lot cheaper to by some multiport adapter
and hang 128 external 33.6 modems off it......

Not everyone started with PRI lines or digital terminal servers......and
at our monthly rate of $12.95 per month for 33.6 dialup connections, there
is no posisbly way we could profitably provide 56k service.....
