Re: PM2 upgrade failed! desperate!!!

Few things I'd do (I've had this error before, I believe item #2 and/or #2
fixed it)

1) Are you using the right image?
2) Try re-downloading it, make sure ftp is in binary mode
3) Make sure you are using the latest PMconsole (3.5.1.4 for Windows and
3.5.3 for Unix is what you should use, I believe)
4) Try re-flashing it
5) If all of that doesn't work: Don't reboot, call Livingston tech
support.
