Hi Jon,
We had an instance where only 5 BRIs from a PRI were functional. A
trouble ticket opened with GTE came up with the result that some telco
equipment had reset and had come back up in an "impared" state where only
the five BRIs were operational. The CO tech simply reset the rest and we
were good to go again.
