Livingston wants to push you towards PM 3's but they don't want to GIVE
them away. Also the competitor's product is not worth much to them. They
are attempting to match the competitors' trade-in deals.

I think it is good that Livingston is offering a trade-in deal at ALL.
50% of the market is about par for the course. What does USR give you for
a pm 3?

If you think you can get more for them and you want to hassle with selling
them yourself, then go right ahead. They are not FORCING you to trade
anything in.
That is why I am selling the PM 3's at $13500. So people can still get a
good deal and not have to mess with trading anything in or waiting for a
rebate, or their 3rd pm 3.
