You don't have a netmask table lingering around, do you? That can mess
things up.
You won't be able to delete .241 manually - you can only delete Static (S)
routes in any case.

Are you sure you don't have a location table? "SUSPENDED" is usually
associated with location table interfaces that are not active at the moment.
