It depends on what the FDDI port is. I was going to be a nice guy and look
at a picture of the thing before replying but I can't get to the 3com web
site right now, thanks to SprintLink.

If you have a DAS (dual attach station) connection, with two ports, A and
B, then you can just make yourself a FDDI ring by connecting the A port on
one to the B port on the other. You just keep doing this until you connect
the last A port to the B port on the first device. You'll need whatever
cable is appropriate for the connectors on the Linkswitch. Get ready.
FDDI cables are a bit expensive.

There are other possible configurations as well. You may require a FDDI
concentrator, basically a hub, to connect these devices if they are
single attach (SAS) devices.
