ComOS 3.7 memory consumption

Yesterday we upgraded our PM3 boxes from 3.51b20 to 3.7.
Two of our boxes started behaving peculiar after just some
minutes of operation. It turned out they ran out of memory.
With 3.51b20 there is usually 160-200K free memory out of 4M.
(We run OSPF but not BGP on these boxes - without OSPF they
have sone 20K left.)

The release said that 3.7 was no different than 3.51b20, so this was
somewhat of a surprise. We had to downgrade again and order some memory,
then we will try switching back to 3.7.

3.7 runs well on our PM2 boxes in 4M.
