Cold reboot helped!

I guess that "reboot" does not actually physically
initialize modem cards. Just restarts (reloads) OS
and maybe initialize motherboard and ISDN but not
the exp. slots as well.
Hmmm... This could be funny if some of the cards
for some weird reason go into some bizarre state
and in order to fix it you have to travel 3hrs one way
just to switch on and off the PM... Brrrr, I don't even
want to think about it...
Livngston guys, please document this somewhere for future
reference or fix it (if possible).

I had it a some time ago. I had to give them a cold restart (reboot didn't help). I reported it to our local Livingston dealer, never got a solution.
