There was a SERIOUS problem in b20 with calls wedging.

The non-public betas had an attempt made to fix that, which led to the V
interface problem.

Note that the release notes *DO NOT* document a fix for EITHER the original
problem in the b20 release, OR the "V" interface problem. There *also* is
no disclosure that the bug still exists.

One of those two *should* be documented as fixed, if indeed it is. If it is
NOT fixed, then it should be documented as an open issue.

Either way, the release notes are deficient on this point, and I assume that
no fix is actually present under those conditions until someone tells me
otherwise.
