Did you see this problem with 3.5.1b20 too, or just with the beta code you
ran to beta test the K56Flex modems?
If the problem didn't exist in 3.5.1b20 or any other public relase, then
Livingston probably wouldn't document fixing something broken in a
non-public beta.
