Install service pack one, kernel32 update and ISDN accelerator
(yes, even for non-ISDN users). Seems to fix it most of the time.
For some, they must turn on 'terminal window after dialing'
and simply press continue when the login prompt appears. You
can write a script that will login, instead of PAP, too.
