I wouldn't worry too much about it but I would keep checking it from time
to time. If they change some time when you check them, you should probably
start checking into the health of your PRI on that port. I don't think
anyone gets too excited about an error now and then.

Here, I'll show you a worse one that I'm not worried about (today):

---------------------- line1 - T1 Primary Rate ISDN ---------------

Status: UP Framing: ESF Encoding: B8ZS PCM: u-law

Receive Level: +2dB to -7.5dB

Alarms Violations
----------------------------- -----------------------------
Blue 1 Bipolar 55415610
Yellow 0 CRC Errors 112695
Receive Carrier Loss 2 Multiframe Sync 167991
Loss of Sync 17

These numbers are because there was nothing on line1 and then I installed
a PRI on it. I haven't rebooted this box yet so the counters are still
showing a bunch of resets from testing, bad cable, etc. and bipolar
violations from when there was nothing on the port. The counters for
line0 are all zero.

You'll get the Loss of Sync if you unplug the PRI from the PM3 or if the
circuit actually dies. If you fiddled with the PRI after your last reboot,
you'll see these numbers until your next reboot. The only way to clear
these counters is to reboot.
