Licensing for K56Flex won't permit K56Flex and X2 in the same chassis.
Bay was able to get X2 for their 5399 card, but each card does take 24 or
48 lines, so it's not quite the same as a PM3. The K56Flex group probably
considers each Bay card a seperate chassis.

Technically, I don't know if D channel signalling would work for
seperating K56Flex calls from X2 calls.
