I think the question here is what do you want to accomplish. Certainly
the PM2 can route additional address blocks to user connections to
deliver subnets to your users. All you need to do is to setup the routes
for those subnets to the appropriate user connections. The only other
consideration is making sure that unused address space doesn't loop back
to your provider, which can eat bandwidth pretty quick.
