To reach closure on this thread, given:

user password="********", Connect-Rate = 33600

will complete against a PM3, but can the call complete when answered by a PM2?

Further, is Connect-Rate to be read as "Connect-Rate-Limit"?

Better yet, just offer the company line on what Connect-Rate can be used
for.
