Usage Stats on PM2eI or Office Router

We are having a contractor come in and set up something similar to a "Cyber
Cafe". We are tasked with providing the communications. I have set them
up with a Office Router (ISDN), which will connect to our PM2eI box with
ISDN (128K), and then out our T1 to the internet.

The contractor will be responsible for his "share" of usage. I need a way
to keep track of bytes sent, bytes received from the Office Router in order
to bill the contractor.

Is there any means in the PM2eI or Office router to do statistics gathering
in order to bill the contractor for usage? I looked through the docs, but
didn't see anything. If there isn't anything "internal", any suggestions
for tracking the contractors usage in order to bill?

I don't want to do a "flat rate" since he could possibly throw in ton of
machines and use 80% of my circuit for a flat rate. Anyone have any ideas
on how set up utilization tracking for billing purposes?
