I have two users trying to connect to my PM3, one is using an Acer
computer, the other is runnign an IBM machine. They both have the IBM
Mwave modem in them and they are both having similar problems connecting.
In both cases, the users have told me that they connected fine the first
few times they tried it, but now they cannot connect at all, or they
connect at a slow speed (26,400 or 24,000) then get disconnected shortly.
I looked at the debug screen and saw nothing that looked out of place, but
when I looked at the modem info, I saw that the modem was constantly
renegotiating. I seem to recall a discussion about the Mwave modems, but
cannot remember the fix for them.
If there is anything you can tell me about how to get these to work, I
would be greatful.
I am running ComOS 3.5.1b20 on CT-1
