Tactical Software has released a program called "DialOut/IP." This
is a modern version (32 bit version at that) of the old ComT they had.

DialOut/IP will run on Windows 3.x, Windows 95, and Windows NT.
You can specify up to 16 ports (and can get specialized versions to
do more). For each port you can specify an IP address (of the portmaster)
and a Port # which is configured to NetData on the Portmaster.
