Here is your problem. You are saying that the ENTIRE 207.123.122 network
is LOCAL to the ether0 port, so it will NEVER route to the ptp11 port, nor
will it accept packets from that port that are SUPPOSED to be on the local
net.

You will have to 2 one of 2 things. Route them a DIFFERENT class C than
the pm2ei is on, OR route them a different SUBNET, which means you will
have to subnet your LOCAL network. You will need to change the netmask on
the 2ei to something like 255.255.255.240 so it lives on a SUBNET of your
class C. THEN, Make the remote router's address 207.123.122.241 and all
the machines remotely as 242, 243, etc... and make sure their netmasks are
all 240's. the 240 will give you 14 remote useable addresses (1 for the
remote router and 1 for the broadcast addr).

Then it should work JUST FINE.
