CT-1 Questions

I have some questions about provisioning a CT-1 for a PM3's dial-up lines.

Does the PM3 support line side or trunk side (or both). Are there any
performance issues I should be aware of?

Do I need to order Extended Superframe Format (ESF)?

Is it safe to assume that I do not need Clear Channel (B8ZS) and I can use
AMI instead? My thoughts are why would I need 64k/channel if the end user
will only be using less than 56k anyway.

Are there any provisioning documents available for the PM3 and CT-1?
