Has livingston confirmed that software is or is not being shipped with the
boards?
If I were Livingston support, I'd want to reduce confusion and give the
K56 ComOS to only people who have the modems.
I can see people who have the AD modems grabbing the "latest" ComOS and
loading Lucent code onto their DSPs.
