No, it is possible. Call forwarding and hunt groups are not the same to a
switch. You can setup hunts to go from one trunk (T1) to any other in the
switch. This is true whether the T1 is going to a tandem or an end
office. Thus, you could have the two "different types of services"
hunting back and forth between each other.

The question is, _will_ they do it, and are the tarriffed to do it.
