Livingston sales called me today, and mentioned this new offer. I don't
think it officially starts until August 1st, but it does run until Sept
30th.
I'm sure the program does not apply to previous purchases. Do note that
you don't have to buy two PM3s at the same time. You can buy one in
August, and one in September.
