Strange messages

When I telnet to my PM3 I get (every 2 or 3 seconds) the following
messages on my terminal:

dsct_stats (1): RIR<20> JALT
dsct_stats (1): RIR<30> JALT RESF
dsct_stats (1): SR1<13> RSLIP
dsct_stats (1): RIR<20> JALT
dsct_stats (1): RIR<20> JALT
dsct_stats (1): RIR<10> RESF
dsct_stats (1): SR1<13> RSLIP

I have all debugging turned of (set debug off, set debug 0x0).
What does this mean?

Also a "show line0" shows:

---------------------- line0 - E1 Primary Rate ISDN ---------------

Status: UP F1 Framing: FAS Encoding: HDB3 PCM: a-law

Violations
-----------------------------
Bipolar 187942
CRC4 0
E-bit 11
FAS bit 0

Should I be worried about the high number of Bipolar violations?
The PM3 seems to work just fine otherwise, but I'm worried about
these messages.

Thanks for any insight.
