1. Yes. It is called dial on demand routing. The Config Guide has a section
on this. You basically set up a location table in the PM and set it for
on-demand dialing.

2. The catch is you can't have it use ports across chassis. on-demand routing
is done with a location table in *one* unit. So I'd advise putting this in
say, the last box in your huntgroup - or whatever one has the least number
of lines in use.
