Netscape seems to keep sending traffic as long as it is open. I've had
it reported that it will contact netscape.com periodically, make DNS
checks, etc. And Some (very) limited checks on my part do seem to indicate
that it does make traffic. And that traffic is valid for bringing up an
on-demand link.
