Packard Bell computers are pieces of $hit! I have a dozen or more dead
ones in the back. They ship them with bad software, viruses. The qc is
horrible, the tech support is non existant. The time it takes to get
replacement parts is ridiculous. I used to repair Packard Bell laptops and
would wait 4 to 8 weeks for parts!

Having said that, Its kind of difficult to tell your customer that the
computer he just bought at Best Buy is garbage and expect that he/she will
stay your customer. Just keep in mind that you WILL have headaches with PB
owners and users and you can do 1 of 2 things. Deal with them, or tell
them they have POS comptuers, they leave, and you are rid of them.
