session limit

Is there a way to configure radius to limit the number of simultaneous
log-ins or sessions for a certain user? For instance, user X, who has a
10-hour monthly package will be allowed 5 concurrent sessions while user
Y, who has an unlimited package will be limited to only one session.
PMMON is doing this for us now but does radius have this feature?
