I once waited 45 days :) The only reason they responded (and i think that
they do this as the norm via support@livingston.com) is if you call and
place a ticket, OR bitch our your livingston sales person when they make
their bi-monthly inquiry calls. EAch time my support email was ignored
for > 10 days I call my sales rep, and then for some reason i get a
response within 2 days after that :) I COULD be wrong, but thats been my
experience. Kinda a bummer when a tech company like this must use phone
support as the only means to get a response (my problems are typically not
urgent so i dont want to clog the phone lines over non-outage problems).
