I HAVE to - you might be surprised, but we still get complaints from time
to time about being ignored on the list. At least I got rid of the disclaimer

many times. Not everyone else has.

Then it wouldn't be any different from the support mail. I'd rather see
the efforts to improve the support mail stepped up so that the problems
are eliminated, then try to add yet another support channel. Personally I
think the character of the list is radically different than an official
support area would be, and I'd like to keep it this way.
