Hear, hear. This has been a continuing problem for quite some time...

Count me in too.. I have sent a few messages before regarding CHoicenet
and never got a response.. had to drop a mail to someone who has been
helping us with our pm3 problems, he got the answers for me... the
messages to support disappear it seems...
