I, like many others, can't understand what you are talking about.

X.75 is standard for gateways between X.25 networks, more precisely:

[X.75] Recommendation X.75 (10/96) - Packet-switched signalling system
between public networks providing
data transmission services

This is ITU (www.itu.ch) standard. Is there any other X.75 standard?
Has the "packet-switched signalling system" been adopted for ISDN
adaptors? I doubt it...
