A user is having trouble connecting with my PM3..
Here is all the details.

PM3, Ch-T1, 3.5.1b20

USR Sportster Winmodem 28.8
ATI1 FA9E
ATI2 FA9E
ATI3 OK
ATI4 USRobotics Sportster WinModem V.34

He has tried some of the inits that have been floating around like
from iav.. Any other ideas?
