Once upon a time jp@sugar.midcoast.com shaped the electrons to say...
>mcst Password = "UNIX"
> Framed-Address = 204.117.57.200
> Framed-Route = "204.117.56.64 204.117.57.200 1"
> Framed-Routing = 3

1. Those are now:
Framed-IP-Address and 'Password = "UNIX"' is now "Auth-Type = System"
2. You want a Framed-IP-Netmask too.
3. '3' is not a real entry, you apparently meant "Broadcast-Listen" - but why?
It is not normal to use an active routing protocol over a dial link.

>to them via their static 204.117.57.200 routing 3 does a broadcast/listen in

Which you do not need. The PM will tell the LAN about the route no matter
what you have there. Framed-Routing decides what is exchanged over the
dial link ONLY.

of the 204.117.56.64 network (it is a /27) is stored in the netmask table of

Which isn't a good why to do it. Use Framed-Netmask.
