mcst Password = "UNIX"
Framed-Address = 204.117.57.200
Framed-Route = "204.117.56.64 204.117.57.200 1"
Framed-Routing = 3

is probably more like what you want to do.

It gives them the static IP 204.117.57.200 and then routes 204.117.56.64 network
to them via their static 204.117.57.200 routing 3 does a broadcast/listen in
their interface so others on your network can get to it, and so that can dial
into any portmaster in the 204.117.57.x network. The information about the size
of the 204.117.56.64 network (it is a /27) is stored in the netmask table of
portmasters on the 204.117.57.x network.
