We've had five now arrived with no problems, outside of a bad card or two
on one of them, AFAIK.

Livingston makes some great equipment. The only qualm I have is the
low-quality modem connection success rate, but that's approaching a user
problem and the new software (b20+) seems to be taking care of that stuff
pretty well.
